I had a lovely time at Carl's Unique Inn. The access to the bakery downstairs made every morning special with fresh pastries and great coffee. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and I appreciated having a kitchenette. it made meal prep easy. The free parking behind the hotel was a big plus too. Even though I enjoyed the stay, there were a couple of issues. The drying rack in the kitchenette could have been cleaner, and the noise from the neighbors was sometimes distracting at night. The staff were super helpful, which added to my positive experience. I'd recommend staying here if you want a good blend of comfort and convenience.

Staying here was a delightful experience. Fresh pastries from the bakery downstairs and a hot drink every morning made waking up feel like a treat! The spacious room had a kitchenette, allowing for easy meal prep. Being just a short drive from Kim Sha Beach was a cherry on top.

Lack of elevators.

absolutely terrible experience! the shower fluctuated from ice cold to scalding hot, so enjoyable, right? also, who wakes up early on vacation for room cleaning? i expected a complimentary bottle of wine because of my extreme inconvenience, but apparently, that's too much to ask. i almost gave a good review, but then i remembered the ants in the sink!

There should definitely be a way to block out noise from neighbors, which was distracting!!! Plus, the stairs to the rooms are a real hassle after a long day. A lift would make such a difference!!!

We had a fantastic time with the free breakfast from the bakery and enjoyed the delicious fresh pastries every morning. The resort also features a beautiful garden area and a cozy sun terrace to unwind. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t put a damper on our stay! 😊

I loved that the hotel is above a bakery, making it super convenient to grab fresh pastries and coffee each morning. There are lovely walking paths like the ones leading to Seaside Nature Park just a short stroll away for those leisurely afternoon walks.

During my stay at Carl'S Unique Inn & Conference Facilities, the highlight was the exceptional service provided by Anselmo, Teresa, and Cecilia, who made me feel as if I was at home. The clean and comfortable room had excellent hot water and A/C, while the free breakfast, featuring delightful pastries from the bakery downstairs, was a great start to my day. Additionally, the location offered easy access to various shops and food options, enhancing my overall experience.

The only drawback was the absence of an elevator, requiring guests to navigate stairs.
